With the acquisition of Reliance Electric from Rockwell Automation for 1.8 billion dollars in January 2007, Baldor is now the largest motor and power transmission company in North America and the second largest worldwide. Baldor Reliance motor products now range from 1/50 horsepower through 15,000 horsepower. Dodge power transmission products include a wide variety of engineered mounted bearings, enclosed gear products, pulley and coupling products, which greatly enhance the Baldor product line.
