New cone crusher line features advances in technology and lubrication

Mequon, Wis.-based Inc. recently unveiled its newly improved SBS cone crusher line, with enhanced lubrication package, and its new Trac 10 remote SBS crusher automation control system. These cone crushers feature enhancements that increase production capacity and cost-efficiency, particularly in secondary and tertiary crushing applications. Although the high-performance SBS series is designed for compatibility with any fully automated plant, SBS cone crushers can now be combined with Trac 10, a standalone crusher control system that cost-effectively delivers all the benefits of tomation without the big budget hassles of completely reworking plant controls. The SBS cone crusher operation can be used in a variety of installations, from highly mobile portable plants, to the latest in automated, high-production modular systems. SBS features and benefits include a Dynamic Adjust system that enables adjustment under load, a maintenance-free hydraulic relief and clearing system that delivers better overload protection, a unique hydraulic lock system that maintains minimum pressure under load, and an optional anti-spin system that extends manganese life and promotes a more cubical product.
