Does indeterminism really yield the time arrow? A comment on A.C. Elitzur and S. Dolev [Phys. Lett. A 251 (1999) 89]

1) An indeterministic disturbance of a deterministic system does not necessarily have to cause the arrow of time in the system. The indeterministic event may at least in principle order the system and not only disorder it. 2) There is no sense in considering the direction of time understood as the geometrical dimension if we cannot point out it by means of reasoning or experiment, and suspect that it is opposite to the direction of time indicated by the increase of entropy.
