摘要

Use the method of spearman correlation analysisand dynamic clustering to delete indicators and build anevaluation index system of the green industry. Thespecialties and contributions of this paper lie in threeaspects. Firstly, screen indicators according to the differenteffects on the clustering results of the evaluation objectsfrom having or not having specific indicators, and delete theindicators that have no influence on the evaluation objectsclustering results so as to guarantee that every selectedindicator has effects on the clustering results. Secondly,delete the indicators with high correlation coefficient in thesame criteria by spearman correlation analysis to avoidinformation duplication of the indicators. Thirdly, theeventually established indicator system reflects 94.18% ofthe original information by 27% of the indicators. In thefuture, we can establish a green industry evaluationsoftware system. By using this system, the government canevaluate the development of green industry easily andestablish policies to balance the development of differentarea.
