摘要

:Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)in core curriculum teaching of nursing excellence in undergraduate nursing students. Methods 〓Totally 49 undergraduate nursing students were enrolled in this study, According to the characteristics of undergraduate education of nursing excellence, the QCC groups were set up to analyze the main reasons that affecting the quality of teaching, to draw up six goals and to carry out countermeasures. The examination was conducted after the core curriculum. The self-learning ability, satisfactory of students with teaching methods and satisfactory of teachers with students were evaluated. Results Nursing students achieved a remarkable outcome of the final examination(average score80 points). There was a high level of satisfaction with teaching methods among students, and satisfaction with students among teachers. Student had been trained to use self- management, information collection, teamwork and independent study skills during the QCC activities. Conclusion 〓The QCC activities can enhance the core curriculum teaching of nursing excellence and improve the independent study ability of students, which can continuously improve the quality of teaching.
