Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point magnetic bead combined with manipulation therapy in the treatment of low back pain caused by sacroiliac joint dislocation after lumbar surgery. Methods 〓Totally 64 patients with sacroiliac joint pain after lumbar surgery were divided into auricular-plaster therapy group(n=40)and closed therapy group(n=24). The closed treatment group was treated by internal sealing of sacroiliac joint, and the auricular-plaster therapy group was treated with auricular point magnetic bead compression. The patients were followed up for 2 months, and the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared by visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI). Results 〓The pain degree of patients in the auricular-plaster therapy group was lower than that of closed treatment group(P0.05), and the activity ability was better than that of closed therapy group(P0.05). Patients in the auricular-plaster therapy group achieved lower score of ODI compared with those in the closed therapy group after intervention(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of auricular point magnetic bead combined with manipulation therapy can effectively relieve the low back pain caused by sacroiliac joint dislocation after lumbar surgery.
