摘要

RAPD, AP-PCR, IFLP, SSR and isozymes markers were used to characterize high and low regenerative beckcross lines and their parents?¢????Helianthus eggertii and Helianthus annuus. Thirty?¢????eight markers specific to Helianthus eggertii were developed. Applying data from DNA and isozymes analysis was studded relationships among lines using generated dendrogram by neighbor-joining method. The results demonstrated a possibility to using the dendrogram as methodology for early estimation of advantageous genotypes in plant selection for high regeneration potential.
