Qualitätspartnerschaft in der Schienenfahrzeug-entwicklung

Deutsche Bahn AG and the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) are going to build up a quality partnership in the development of railway vehicles and have for this purpose signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Based on the target to improve the whole development process within the scope of purchasing projects this paper describes the layout of a quality engineering structured in the three levels of principles, systematics and methods. The single elements of this quality engineering will be introduced, the advantages of its application for the participants of railway and railway industry which are involved in the process will be pointed out. Finally the paper is concluded by the next steps leading up to the installation of quality engineering as a regular procedure of Deutsche Bahn AG.%Die Deutsche Bahn AG und der Verband der Bahnindustrie in Deutschland (VDB) etablieren eine Qualitätspartnerschaft in der Entwicklung von Schienenfahrzeugen und haben dazu ein „Memorandum of Understanding" unterzeichnet. Auf Basis der Zielsetzung einer Verbesserung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses im Rahmen von Beschaffungsprojekten wird der Aufbau eines Quality Engineerings in einer 3-stufigen Struktur aus Prinzipien, Systematiken und Methoden beschrieben. Die einzelnen Elemente des Quality Engineerings werden erläutert und die Vorteile der Anwendung für die Prozessbeteiligten in Bahn und Bahnindustrie aufgezeigt. Abschließend wird ein Ausblick auf die anstehenden Aktivitäten bis zur Einführung des Quality Engineerings als Regelverfahren bei der Deutschen Bahn AG gegeben.
