Although no one would consider him an early adopter, Miller's years of ranting, raving, and raging against the follies of modern life, most recently on HBO's Dennis Miller Live, have earned him cachet among the connoisseurs of intemperate e-mail, of the flaming post. No less a geek than Bill Gates is a fan; he once hired Miller to be the spokesperson for the Microsoft Network.
