Young people are among those who tend to suffer most heavily from the economic crisis. The consequences, however, vary considerably across countries and across social groups. Institutional factors play a crucial role in how they catalyze the crisis' impacts. Among others, the workshop will discuss the following topics: What are the consequences of the crisis for young peoples' lives? Which role do institutions and policy measures play in buffering or fostering the severe consequences?
