Grundfos raises funds for safe water in Uganda

Thanks to Grundfos' partnership with non-profit Water Missions International, the people of Dei, Uganda no longer view water a birthing ground for sickness and disease but as a means to building a healthy way of life. In 2013, Grundfos' North American facilities in Olathe, Kansas; Aurora, Illinois; and Oakville, Ontario hosted Walk for Water events to support Water Missions' fight against the global water crisis. Employees and partners together raised more than US$55,000 to help fund three safe water systems in Dei, a fishing village on the shore of Lake Albert.
