No costs for this missile have been determined due to the early stage of its development. The plan is to keep the missile cost to about £750,000 to £1 million each, and the 2007 NATO report placed the current unit produc tion cost at £1.1 million ($2.15 million). In 2008, the British government announced that it would cut its purchase to the minimum number contractually obligated which will increase the price to £2 million ($3 million) Teal Group estimates that the missile will cost about $3 million initially.
