摘要

To study the acupuncture effects on the inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) mRNA, iNOS product and heat shock protein(hsp) 70 in the mouse macrophages, after peritoneal stimulation with steriled paraffin oil for 48 h, 24 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: a, elec- troacupuncture (EA) group, treated with EA; b, control i(C 1) group, peritoneal macrophages treat ed with culture; and c, control 2 (C 2) group, treated with neither EA nor culture. The macrophages of mice in 3 groups collected from respective peritoneal cavities were prepared into two kinds of speci mens, including slide and nitrocellulose membrane (NCM).
