Ulcerative colitis is a nonspecific inflam- matory disease and is complicated in pathogenesis wich involves immunology, genetics, bacteriol- ogy, virology and psychic factors~[2,3]. It is clini- cally characterized by abdominal pain, iarrhea, mucous stool, bloody purulent stool, tenesmus, repeated attack, etc.. In modern medicine,it is treated chiefly by salicylazosulfapyridine, sali- cylic acid, metronidazole, corticosteroid, im- munosuppressants, antibiotics, etc. ~[4], but the therapeutic effect is not ideal.
