摘要

To examine the relationship between expression of the c-fosmRNA, ppENKmRNA, I- NOSmRNA, iNOS activity and acupuncture analgesia, the acupuncture effect on expression them in The mouse spinal cord was studied. 20 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: a. The Acupuncture group treated with 5 Hz electroacupuncture (EA); b. The control group treated with no EA. The gene expression of c-fos, ppENK and iNOS in the spinal cord was detected by using in situ Hybridization and RNA dot blot techniques.
