Countries Adopt Treaty on Rights of AV Performances, Delegates Hopeful on Amendments to China Copyright Law

Countries meeting at the Diplomatic Conference on the Protection of Audiovisual Performances held by the World Intellectual Property Organization have adopted the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances on June 24, and officially signed the document on June 26 after unanimously passing the 20 binding articles on June 21.
