摘要

Vietnam has set its sights on cybersquatters with new rules aiming to return websites to their legal owners and meet some of the country's pledges in the Trans Pacific Partnership trade deal. The country's Circular 14 sets a 30-day timeframe for cybersquatters to give back web names that don't belong to them. Other "applicable remedial measures when a domain name infringes intellectual property rights" include deleting content on the unauthorized site within 30 days, according to Asia Counsel, a law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
