Switzerland reacted to the final guidance under the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's project to combat tax base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) by passing comprehensive corporate tax legislation. The two houses of the Swiss Parliament-the National Council and the Council of States-passed the Corporate Tax Reform Act Ⅲ June 17.
