Doka acauires BAS

Austrian form work specialist Doka has acquired Dutch construction materials research company. Around 40 people work at BAS, based in Venlo, Netherlands, which was set up in 1979 to researching and develop materials used in the construction industry, particularly concrete. Doka is a formwork developer and manufacturer and part of the Umdasch Group based in Amstetten, Austria. Doka has a worldwide workforce of more than 6,000.
