摘要

With its own Meat Centers of Excellence, MANE, the French flavor and fragrance house aims to address the needs of the meat industry in a very targeted way. The company currently runs three centers: one in Rubí, Spain, one in Warsaw, Poland and one in Noisiel, France.The aim of all three centers is to solve a wide range of customer problems, such as finding the right taste, texture and color combination, the right preservative ingredient or to develop a multi-functional flavor blend that fulfills several tasks at once. The centers address cooked, dried or raw meat application issues as well as meat alternatives or vegan products. MANE's experienced teams, comprising flavor experts, meat engineers and R&D spe cialists, approach taste with a holistic vision and have differ ent aspects of the final prod uct in mind.
