More building activity?

In the workboat industry, newbuild activity is almost always discussed during the course of a conversation. In 2009 and 2010, and early last year, we would hear the same things — "bad," "sluggish," "a lot of tire kickers," etc. Now, especially when we are out in the field, the answers are much more positive. I recently visited Eastern Shipbuilding Group's two yards in Florida (see page 34). Activity was anything but sluggish at ESG's facilities in Allanton and Panama City.
