During her presentation at the International Mohair Summit, titled In the Mood for Mohair, Li Edelkoort pointed to several trends indicating a major role for mohair in fashion over the coming years. She predicted that a new mood will dominate, made from fluid jerseys and feathery fabrics, and using soft natural colours that will be seen as an ecological luxury, using "tactile materials and fibres that are harvested on the farm."
