Yorkshire signature DNA launched

A new anti-counterfeiting initiative has been developed to protect fabrics produced in Yorkshire, where the majority of England's high-end cloth is woven. Yorkshire Signature DNA has been developed by the Huddersfield Textile Centre of Excellence using APDN technology to combat the rampant counterfeiting of Yorkshire fabrics. Unique fabrics marked with APDN's Signature DNA product were presented at Milano Unica (September 13-15) by Bower Roebuck and Dormeuil, while Holland & Sherry, Taylor & Lodge and Dormeuil showcased their DNA-protected collections at Premiere Vision (September 20-22). John Foster is also using the technology.
