Tweed Run arrives for Pitti Uomo launch

A special event marked the opening of Wool lab at Pitti Uomo, featuring The Tweed Run, a London-based group that launched the trend of metropolitan bicycle rides using only vintage, avant-garde or super-accessorised bicycles in 2008. The Tweed Run cyclists showcase authentic Made in Britain waistcoat and tweed jackets, Knickerbocker trousers, and wool accessories, and provided the inspiration for the first of the trends in the Wool Lab.
