Teatum Jones wins 2015/16 Womenswear International Woolmark Prize

UK brand Teatum Jones was announced as the winner of the 2015/16 Womenswear International Woolmark Prize at a special event held as part of New York Fashion Week on February 12. The winning collection from design duo Catherine Teatum and Rob Jones was inspired by a Wool Utopia conceived by English nun Agnes Morrogh-Bernard in 1892, when she founded Foxford Woollen Mills in Foxford, County Mayo, Ireland, to weave luxurious woollen blankets and restore hope to an impoverished town.
