Wool LCA Guidelines released by IWTO

The International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO) has released a set of guidelines designed specifically for conducting life cycle assessments (LCAs) on wool products. The Guidelines are now freely available to download via the IWTO website, www. iwto.org As reported in Twist February/March, the Guidelines for Conducting a Life Cycle Assessment of the Environmental Performance of Wool Textiles are designed for use by LCA practitioners, and provide clear direction for those interested in using LCA to understand environmental impacts across the wool supply chain.
