The International 14 (I-14) is the world's oldest International dinghy class-and one of the most exciting to sail. It's been a formally recognized class for nearly 90 years, but its origins go much farther back-to the late 1800s. While today's I-14s are carbon-fiber, two-trapeze racing machines, earlier boats were built of wood.
