The CBAA advocates for its members on five regulatory fronts: safety, security, environment, customs/immigration and economic regulation. Over the past year, the association has made significant progress in ensuring that there are no major issues in the areas of the environment or security, and that the needs of the business aviation community are understood and being taken into serious consideration by the government as it moves forward, both domestically and globally, with new regulations.
