Hugh Porter is now strategy director at Morgan Est. A chartered civil engineer, Porter joined from Carillion, where he held a number of strategic and operational roles. At Morgan Est, he is responsible for the strategic development, management and strengthening of the Morgan Est brand. Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy Clarke Bond has appointed Faruk Pekbeken as an associate director. He will be responsible for developing water services and civil-engineering business in the South-east and London. He joins from Mouchel Parkman, where he was a principal engineer.
