Established in 1993, Dutch group Imtech is predominantly a technical-services provider specialising in information and communication technology, as well as mechanical and electrical engineering. Following a strategy for aggressive growth, the group's turnover last year was just over 3.5B euros. Wild-goose says: "Their growth is not just organic. It's about acquiring businesses, growing, and evolving." Imtech started out in the Netherlands and Belgium and expanded into the German market in 1998. Three years later, the group added Spain to its European portfolio.
