A-Ptant wins company's biggest ever plant and tool deal with Wates

Non-operated equipment rental company A-Plant has won one of the largest supply contracts in its history from the Wates Group. The three-year deal is potentially worth more than £16M, and will involve A-Plant investing £10M-plus in new plant and tools for Wates. The Wates contract was awarded following a rigorous 14-month assessment. It examined and approved every area of A-Plant's operation from safety capability, costs and service benefits to its corporate culture.
