Sewer regulation delay fear

Regulations concerning the transfers of private sewers to the water and sewerage companies may not go before Parliament until after this summer's National Assembly elections in Wales, the Private Sewers Forum (PSF) has warned. At the forum's latest meeting, members had hoped workshops and the government response to the consultation would "address some of the concerns raised and clarify the issues".
