UKDN takes over Drain Control

Ukdn, The drainage maintenance, renovation and repair services specialist, has taken over commercial drainage company Drain Control - its second major deal in as many months. Drain Control provides a full portfolio of drainage and plumbing services, including CCTV inspection, small bore lining and emergency response. Following the acquisition Drain Control's founder, Brian Cowland, will leave to pursue other business interests while managing director Bill Stearns and the company's employees will join UKDN.
