Black & Veatch embarks on Hong Kong sewer study

Black & veatch, in conjunction with Hong Kong's Drainage Services Department (DSD), is to carry out a major study into the need to enhance rehabilitation programmes for Hong Kong's existing drainage and sewerage infrastructure. The study will incorporate smarter use of data, prioritised upgrades and a 20-year asset management plan.
