Meps' targeting key AMP6 delivery challenges

Meps brings together the programme management and project delivery background of MWH Treatment with the product design and manufacturing and operating experience of EPS Group. Its aim is to confront the challenges of AMP6 - such as outcome-based solutions, totex, customer-centric strategies; and targets for efficiency, off-site build and safety - head on by engaging with the water companies' capital delivery partners in a vertical collaboration model. This ensures that innovation and emciency-in-delivery are elevated rapidly and transparently through to the water company and their customers.
