MWH and Balfour Beatty make up the Advance joint venture, which is working on United Utilities' (UU) AMP6 capital delivery programme. The joint venture is one of four capital delivery partners appointed to develop and deliver clean and wastewater, infrastructure and non-infrastructure solutions.
