CiM6, the Costain Integrated and MWH alliance has successfully delivered its first AMP6 project for Severn Trent Water (STW). The CiM6 team, based at Longbridge near Warwick, has already begun commissioning the upgraded Wootton Wawen wastewater treatment works in Warwickshire. The upgrade ensures the works meet the new standards on phosphates removal required by the Water Framework Directive. The project involved the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a new ferrous chloride chemical dosing plant, along with a drainage pumping station and bunded area for tanker deliveries.
