The latest full-year results from Irish cider producer C&C Groupnpoint to a slight recovery in its growth, following a substantial restructuring.nThe firm’s revenues were up by 61% at EUR789.7mnnon the back of two acquisitions made in 2009 – the March acquisitionnof Anheuser-Busch InBev’s business in Ireland, NorthernnIreland and Scotland for GBP180mn and the December acquisitionnof Gaymer Cider Company, the UK cider arm of US beveragenbehemoth Constellation Brands, for GBP45mn (US$75mn). Thesenpurchases offset a reduction in revenues caused by the sale of itsnspirits and liqueurs business in 2010 to William & Grant & Sons.
