BMI has devised a company analysis model to help us make explicitnthose companies that we see as likely to outperform from a sharenprice perspective. This model is based around four key elementsn– positioning against our key views for the sector, financial performance, nvaluation and technicals. It is necessary to make clear that wenare talking about which shares we like, rather than which companiesnas best positioned per se. Obviously a company might be growingnvery quickly but if this is already priced in and well recognised byninvestors then there is no reason why the company's share price willnoutperform. To test our choices we will be looking at a company'snshare price performance, relative to its respective industry, over ournchosen time frame of three to six months.
