CCS Partnership Honors Communities for Their Enriching Collaborations

City leaders are constantly faced with changing community needs and finding new ways to meet those needs. Whether it's computers for the public library, a new community center, after-school programs or more public transit, residents look to their city to provide and improve services. To meet these needs, city leaders must find ways of overcoming the unavoidable challenges of funding con- strains and finding available land for development without duplicating programs and services.
