The technology of fabrication of lattice structures fromrntubular elements is associated with the application ofrnmanual labour and simple devices. For example, the layingrnof struts and assembling with booms in the assemblingrnsystem, fitted with screw clamps, is carried out manually,rnwelding of trusses is also carried out manually with coatedrnelectrodes or semiautomatic CO2 welding equipment,rnand the transport operations with heavy components andrnsections are performed using shop cranes.rnThe application of robotised technological systems (RTS)rnhelps to reduce the fraction of manual labour, increasernquality and greatly increase labour productivity.rnThe accuracy and stability of the positioning ofrncomponents is ensured by strict requirements on therntechnology of production of blanks of the componentsrnof the assembled section and by the design of the standrnfor assembling for welding flat lattice sections.
