Neptune underwater dry weld technology

The Neptune underwater dry welding system was developed to improve conventional offshore, marine, and oil and gas maintenance practices. It was recognised that existing welding technologies enabled only temporary solutions that required subsequent rework in dry dock at enormous direct and indirect cost, or extremely expensive hyperbaric work. Neptune Marine Services Limited, Perth/Australia, can now deliver to these industries, and others, a comparatively low cost underwater welding system that applies an approved permanent weld, equal to dry weld standards.
