Verbesserung der Bedruckbarkeit von lnkjet-Papieren durch Polyvinylalkohol und andere Komponenten

Es werden die Qualitätsmerkmale und die technische Anforderungen für gute Inkjet-Bedruckbarkeit veredelter holzfreier Papiere dargestellt Entwickelte Formulierungen basieren auf Druckergebnissen mit einem Inkjet-Drucker vom Bubblejet-Typ. Farbig bedruckbare Papiere von höchster Qualität werden durch Striche bestehend aus Kieselsäure, Polyvinylalkohol (~®Mowiol) und Poly-DADMAC (~®Additol VXT 3529) erhalten. Für den Inkjet-Schwarzdruck ist ein kostengünstigerer unpigmentierter Leimpressenauftrag bestehend aus Polyvinylalkohol/oxidativ abgebaute Stärke-Mischung, Poly-DADMAC und gegebenenfalls optischem Aufheller ideal.%Quality features and technical issues to attain good ink iet printability on coated woodfree paper are presented. Worked-out recipes are based on print results carried out on an ink jet printer equipped with bubble-jet type printhead. High-quality papers for colored prints are obtained applying pigmented coatings which consist of silica, polyvinyl alcohol (~®Mowiol) and poly-DADMAC (~®Additol VXT 3529). Excellent non-colored black prints of the ink jet type are less costly accomplished by an appropriate surface size. Parent formulation comprises a polyvinyl alcohol/oxidized starch blend, poly-DADMAC and optionally an optical brightening agent.
