Three Capitals Cruise

So, how does a WW Readers' Cruise differ from one you would book through the larger tour companies? Well, the ship and scenery are very much the same, but the entire ship was chartered by our good friends Kingdom Tours of Aylesbury, with whom we began working back in 1984 on a Goeta Canal cruise. So there was a single group on board, all with similar or related interests, and no multi-language announcements! The route was specially devised to offer the maximum interest, scenically, culturally and for the technical interest of the inland waterways. We also planned no 'night cruising', which many bigger companies seem to delight in. Our concept is that you go river cruising to see the river, not just to have a floating hotel that turns up at a new destination each day!
