The Enviro conferences, of course, encompass far more than water management and this was very evident at the Exhibition, the largest so far in the eight year history of Enviro. Huge shredders, compost turning machines, and the plastic bottle separator in the solid waste section attracted attention, being dwarfed only by GE's containerised desalination plant. The 340 booths covered water, odour management, land management along with solid waste collection, recycling and landfill factors. Well-known exhibitors as well as new ones displayed exciting new products.
