Hydramet has been awarded the initial five year servicing contract for the Wedeco open channel and closed reactor style UV disinfection systems installed at UUA's 10 SA Riverland water treatment plants.rnThe Riverland Water Project effectively supplies safe potable drinking water to regional SA communities from Renmark, to towns on the Lower Murray Lakes, including Keith in the south-east of the state. These service and maintenance obligations are managed via an agreed contract for an extended period, which also include a commitment to a 24/7 on-call service in order to guarantee strict contractual outflow and availability conditions.
