Joint Australian/New Zealand Biosolids Workshop

On 9 April 2013, the Australia and New Zealand Biosolids Partnership (ANZBP), along with the newly established New Zealand Centre for Integrated Biowaste Research (CIBR), hosted a Joint Australian/ New Zealand Biosolids Workshop in Blenheim, New Zealand. Held in conjunction with the New Zealand Land Treatment Collective Annual Conference, the workshop formally launched the CIBR, a research body that combines the expertise of 10 New Zealand research groups to develop sustainable solutions that maximise the benefits and minimise any risks associated with using biowastes.
