IWA has compiled a dynamic programme at the forthcoming 1st Development Congress to be held 15-19 November in Mexico City.rnThe focus of this event addresses solutions - not just challenges -for service delivery in low and middle income countries - in short, placing emphasis on 'what works at large scale'. The Congress programme - now available in full at www.iwa2009mexico.org- is structured over three days on what is working in large scale service delivery, water and sanitation management, and alternative and smart solutions. The programme is built around a series of parallel technical sessions with platformrnpresentations and practice based workshops, woven together with keynote speeches at the beginning and end of each day by leading practitioners and experts in the field.
