UN report warns that developing countries'agriculture must become 'climate smart'

A new report from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) says agriculture in developing countries must become 'climate-smart' in order to cope with the combined challenge of feeding a warmer, more populated world. The report was released in advance of the global conference on agriculture, food security and climate change in The Hague, The Netherlands, at the beginning of November.
