Aquam to acquire JD7

The clean-tech firm Aquam has reached definitive terms for the acquisition of JD7 and various subsidiaries including Nu Flow Technologies and Nu Flow. Aquam offers pipeline assessment technologies and the acquisition will create a tandem of diagnostics to assist Nu Flow working inside closed loop piping systems such as water mains and fire suppression systems. It will also be able to facilitate the rehabilitation of these systems without risking destruction.
